We saw a cruse advertised, but had trouble completing the booking through the website. I contemplated calling Princess Lines directly, but a friend suggested that we give cruise.com a direct call. Two days went by and we decided to call the number on the incomplete form that connected us to Agent Celestine Ifezu. He is friendly, knowledgeable and booked the trip for us.
