As a Platinum member en paying for 5 cruises with views, I had hoped to get some upgrades. I now find out they vieuws are onstructed.

Our agent was Tasa and she was very good at answering questions and explaining things. There are 4 of us going on this cruise my wife and I have been on one other cruise 12 years ago. And the other couple has never been on a cruise and are ages are from 63 to 68 lol so Tasa needed a lot of pactions and she was. We had a lot of laughs over the phone and actually enjoyed. Fantastic experience.
