I've been booking with you for quite a few years and this was the most frustrating expreience thus far. On Saturday evening, it took Charlene an hour to make 3 bookings and all the guest details are already in your system. During this process, I had to repeat my phone number and other details several times. She misquoted the price for gratuities and when cancellation penalties would apply and then after taking the deposit and service fee, she booked one of the cabins on the wrong saildate!!! She called me on Sunday to correct her error, rebooking me on the correct date saying all was the same when the rate was actually $100 higher. After almost 40 minutes of her trying to contact Carnival (and completing info on the other 2 cabins), I told her to cancel the booking and refund my money which she said needed an approval?!?!?!? She booked the wrong date and was unsure if I could get a refund?!?!??! I strongly suggest reviewing these calls so she can be properly trained on policy, accuracy, listening skills and retaining pertinent information.

I originally tried to book a balcony, and kept getting different prices, and when we selected a room, we got an error. We had so many problems that we thought this was an omen not to go. Eventually we tried again, this time all balcony’s gone, so we selected an interior on deck 7, error, deck 8, error. Called and was told deck 7 gone and deck 8 on hold. We asked if on hold for us because of the error etc. decided not to go, then changed our mind and booked an interior on Deck 4 with no problem. Appears you were trying to sell the lower deck interiors. I’m sure we will have a great time regardless of the booking confusion.
