Non of the offers were available. After we finally found a room, the price and category changed. Agent struggled to figure out why and in the end we just got the confirmation and decided to figure it out later.

Just very poor service/ after one minute after I put my credit card information I realized I didn’t want that cruise but I couldn’t cancel it because rep.told me that they will deduct $100.It was just 5 minutes after my booking. So I’m never going to use cruises. Com again and will tell my friends also.
