Everything was fine, except, the website does not allow non US addresses. Since the billing address associated with my credit card is Canadian, and it is not possible to choose a non US address, my payment would not go through.There was a message asking me to call to finish my booking, and the call was answered promptly and the billing was completed within 5 minutes.
