Awesome cruise website! Found the cruise I was about to book with Princess for half the price on Cruises.com!!! Wow! The phone rep was also awesome to work with when the payment process hit an error! I will always verify a cruise price on Cruises.com before booking from now on!!

Kathy was very professional and informative. Answered all my questions.

I feel like I had to do all the leg work to find my cabin, like determining what B4, BB, BF, etc. means with regards to cabin categories. Also, I could not find the vertical deck level plan on the website. I ended up googling my questions to get my answers. Also, I’m not sure if I follow up with Cruise.com or the cruise line to follow up on my reservations.
