Booked 4 day Norwegian Joy 12/30-1/3. Unlimited bar, specialty restaurant, Wi-Fi, shore excursion. Class BA deck 15, room 15102, full payment. Confirmation message has me booked in room 15202. I specifically avoided the entire available block of rooms on deck 15 as they are immediately below kids Aqua Park. I had to call Cruise.com rep and ask why I was booked 15202 vs selected 15102. I had screen shots of my booking request. I will say they were relatively prompt in resolving the issue and I was on call for no more than 10 minutes. However, had I not thoroughly reviewed my reservation confirmation message I would be sailing immediately below Aqua Park for the entire trip. That would have been a bust.
