Since I called on Saturday and my sailing was scheduled for the following Saturday, I was uncertain if there would be enough time to resolve the issue by Monday. Therefore, I decided to contact Jennifer again. She took immediate action and remained on the phone with me, coordinating with NCL to ensure that I could successfully check in.
