Not happy. I had to wait to find out what deck I was on and was given no choice in the matter. We don't want to be on DECK 14!!! There have to be other balcony staterooms on lower decks. I thought I was booking through Royal Caribbean, and then your website took over. Finally got through to an assistant from Royal Caribbean, and she was able to give me my RC confirmation/reservation number, Deck number, and stateroom number, all before you even sent me my booking confirmation.

It was amazing- Christy was quite helpful. Very pleasant and informative. I also appreciate that she will assist us along the way to ensure that we don’t miss any required milestones.
