called to book through cruises.com for the incremental benefits and get the existing ncl deal; my rep did not know the details of current ncl promotions. ultimately we got there, but it took a while and her consulting someone else.if there was a way to do this online and apply future cruise credits that would be ideal.

Was easy to book

Very bad experience, booked everything correctly, but in end it told me something wrong, but didn’t let me go back to verify and there was no booking number given either. It took me 3 hours to go through with the agent, each one told me a different reason. First time dealing with Cruise Line, probably will be the last time too!
