KIMBERLY LINDSEY was a cruise agent. My friend and I were on a call together with her so we could get the cabins we selected before the phone call.. At that time, I was showing my friend on my computer the deck plans and stuff because she is a first timecruiser. And she would NEVER have booked any cruise without my help, as she is single and never travels. We have Kimberly the cabin numbers and categories we selected. After booking my friends cabin on Riviera deck, she was supposed to book cabin A739 (aloha deck). She even mentioned that we would be one deck apart, so we could get together. Aloha deck is one deck below Riviera deck, which is what we selected. She confirmed all this information with us on the phone before the end of the call.However, when I printed off my cruise confirmation I saw she booked my husband and I in B739 (baha deck) which is two decks below Riviera! Now If the A key and the B key were close on the keyboard, you could make a case for a typo. I feel this was a dilberate action on her part. I called Monday and had the cabin changed to A739, with another agent, because Kimberly was off that day according to her voice mail message. What if I had missed this prior to boarding?
