Very pleasant and informative customer service. Took her time explaining everything to me. Did not rush me and answered every question i asked. This is my first cruise. Worked out the best deal for me. Annette is great.

Misrepresentation of the charges on my credit card. I had no clarity understanding that Royal Caribbean would be charging my card. That's against the Law. I did not authorize the transaction. of 1442.14 i authorized you. I quoted 1572.14! i was not told the insurance company with cruises.com would take 130.00 and royal Caribbean the 1442.14. The only authorization i gave Royal Caribbean was 62.76 for the beverages. Also you're making me agree to your terms and services to leave a comment. I do not agree with anything i have not read. I checked it to leave the comment. Most shady company ever!!!
