I have booked with Cruises.com many times, usually with Tom, but it was the last night of double points and he was gone for the day. I booked it on my own and will have him help with the rest of the details

It is always a pleasure working and talking with Steve Dewing when booking a cruise. He gets back to me right away and is very knowledgeable of the cruise lines. He was able to straighten out my husband’s NCL latitude account which after my dealing with NCL for about a year to fix, they never did. I appreciated his taking care of it in a matter of minutes! And I like the new points perks😃

I tried booking online and it did not go thru so I called as was effectively helped. She got my reservation together with no problem. Not sure why it did not go thru when I did it myself but glad I called. I now have a person to call if I have questions or problems.

open with rewards program and then cannot open rewards account no matter how many times one tries for days. Completely bogus. and of course agents cannot help they only promise. Hateful, indeed.
