All went very well, with a minor glitch. Agent misspelled my last name, even after I caught it, and she said she would correct it. So it caused me to be unable to register, but we got it straightened out by another agent the next day. All good!

Shantel was great. Answered questions and followed through with getting me a handicap accessible balcony room for myself and 2 young adult grandchildren. Celebrating my 65th birthday with them. I can't wait. 100 days away. Yay!
