I didn't get the right room at the right price. My friend had an agent hold 2 balcony rooms for me, just like she had. When I called in wasn't in his office I ended up talking to someone else who told me he had put the wrong dates in(week before). You were running the12 days of Christmas, free gratis but she madeMe pay. Said she didn't know about the special. So I was supposed to have a mir deck but now I'm in a front balcony. I hope nothing else goes wrong. I'm really disappointed. This will be the last time I'll book with cruises.com

Problems accessing Rewards, very frustrating. They should be automatically added without making you go thru hoops that take you nowhere. Not customer friendly.

When I booked it said $250 board credit then after I called they said it’s only $30 and $250 is for yacht club but never said that in details when I booked
