Eka Muradashvilli a customer service agent is going to lose a lot of customers trying to book on cruises.com. When she first took my reservation she was pleasant and appeared to be nice. After she booked my reservation and promised gratuity to be covered it was not fulfilled. I had to get a supervisor involved. I called this evening to ask why my credit for the casino for $200 was removed and she went off on me. She said with an attitude that she didn’t care and yelled at me. I said you are being recorded and she said no I am not and I don’t care. She is awful and if they keep people like her around they will definitely lose customers.

Teresa was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy to have connected with her and I am sure to seek her out in the future p.
