Took us almost 2 hours and 4 phone calls to book a cruise where we knew exactly what we wanted and the price. Just needed an agent to apply a future cruise deposit that we made on our last cruise. Won't make that mistake again...

The booking was fine just really disappointed that Caithy Seals is no longer with you. She gave us personalized service instead of someone we will never talk to again. You made a mistake in my opinion of letting her go.
