The booking on the site doesn't allow you to save cruises and then pull them back up. maybe there is a way to do it, but I could not find it. Once I decided on a specific cruise and room I had to start from scratch. A comparison tool would be very helpful. Also, I tried multiple times to sign up for the rewards program, but I never received a verification link. I even called customer service and was told someone would get back to me in a couple of days. Strange! You have my payment, processed the contract and mailed it to the email address you keep asking me to verify. I can only assume the two programs are not connected in any way. Might be something the tech department can do to get the two programs to communicate seamlessly.

I enjoy working with Falon! she makes things much easier than dealing directly with the Cruise line. Very pleasant person to talk to, always calls before and after the trip to make sure everything is or has gone well.My only minor complaint is not about the process but I'm not fond of the new point system, It seems harder to get enough points to qualify for some of the benefits. No big deal yet, I'll still be using Fallon for at least a few more cruises.
