You’re not assigned an agent. So if you call about a problem, you get a different person every time. Then, I would get a different answer every time also. The last girl was so slow, could not answer questions and did not seem to know what she was doing. I take at least 5 cruises a year. This is the first time to use cruises.com and now my last time
