I thought everything was going well. I was told my deposit is refundable (but read it’s not refundable) I was trying to keep the cost down (but see that I have a concierge service) My dining time is scheduled 8:30 pm I requested it to be earlier (but haven’t heard back from my agent) So far my experience isn’t warm and fuzzy! So I have a lot of concerns
