I spoke to Nancy and she seemed to understand me perfectly and understood all my needs anddesires which is important in booking a room on a cruise ship. I hope to use her again in the future

I called the number for groups as there was 3 different families booking the same cruise and I was going to buy them together and see if we could get close rooms. The lady on the phone couldn’t find my cruise for the same price on the same website. She was saying the best she could do is 400 dollars more per person. And suggested for me to pull up the website three different tabs and see if I could get rooms close together while booking them. The people on the phone representing the company should be able to see what I am seeing and not have to up charge me if I go through them vs online. Kind of crazy. Another option what paying for tips and gratuities was not an option through the website

Cruises.com made it so easy to book online. My husband and I did a weekend getaway, and we had a relaxing time. The ship MSC Seashore OMG was the best. This was our 6th cruise, but the first with MSC and it was one of the best we had. He wanted to us to do another one with them next year.
