Yolanda Jolliffe is the best cruise consultant I have dealt with at cruises.com and I have dealt with quite a few! She explains everything about the cruise etc in detail, suggests cabin alternatives if she thinks necessary, offers advice re payments etc , calls before and after cruise to check in etc. Because of her efforts we have booked more cruises with the company. She deserves recognition.
