Ali McilVenny is absolutely AMAZING. She always calls you back when you leave a message for her. She NEVER makes you feel rushed or that you are a bother. She looks for the best accommodations that fit your needs (like sea sickness) and the best deals money wise. Your company is so blessed to have her working for you--she is the reason we come back every year to book our cruises with her!! Quick simple and easy. I would like it if you could integrate gratuities into the system. The less have I have to do on the cruise line site the better.
