I had already chosen the cruise my wife and I wanted to take. Could not reach my usual cruises.com Agent ( out for medical leave). New agent was very cooperative and knowledgable, and answered all questions. She voluntered to guide me through any computer issues, help with airport to ship transfers, checked Princess air prices, and will help with any future cruise issues or questions. Excellent so far, and I trust will be the same throughout the cruise process.
