I searched on my own for a long time and spoke with a cruises.com rep; however she was not very well trained and unable to help me with my goals of having rooms side by side. I called back to give one more chance and got Jason. He was awesome and found not only rooms side by side, but with connecting door! Super knowledgeable. Will only use him again and avoid hours of time and frustration.
