I was provided great information. What I was told by the agent will enable us to make the most of this cruise and enjoy it to the fullest.

I first talked to Steve. He quoted me a price and I asked for a written quote. He would not send me a written quote. He wanted me to book right then, but I was not ready as I had to discuss the cruise with my husband. I called back and spoke to another person as Steve was not available. Tis person had to be new and was not well informed. He put me on hold 4 times. During the 5th hold, he took so long that the system shut me out. I called a 3rd time and I spoke to Donny. Evidently, I now got the right person. He answered all of my questions and within 5 minutes, my cruise was booked.

There was a difficulty with getting my payment to go through but once Charlene Parham got involved, we were able to get the issue resolved. She kept me up to date all through the process and minimized our time on hold. She reviewed our information and got a mistake that required her to change in her system and call Celebrity to ensure it was correct in their platform.Charlene is very personal and a great representative of her company!!
