Charmin was out of this world awesome. I spoke with 4 others before and they were terrible and I even decided to book directly with the cruise company and then I reached Charmin....please, commend her and she should be promoted. Everything she told me was correct; she walked me through the membership process, she was friendly, patient, professional, and oh so knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and she accurately answered them all! Wonderful experience ...just wonderful! Thanks so much for having her on your team!
