We had a great experience booking our cruise with Alicia Fox. We had wanted to do it all online ourselves, but since we had a pre-paid deposit purchased onboard on our last cruise, so we had to call in. Alicia took care of our needs so much more quickly than we ever experienced before and now we will call her extension for all our needs.

I was not provided the rates with and without a discount. Had a booked without the discount, I would have saved and additional $250.00 on my cruise. Additionally, if I would have booked through a different agent, I would have received additional benefits not offered with Cruises.com.
