Great communication and all offers clearly stated

After I paid in full, it didn’t allow me to sign up for shore excursions. It also didn’t offer me transportation there and back, which I need. So now I have to look for transportation, which is another inconvenience. I guess I have to go back to NCL site to pick excursions. This should have been able to do all at once. Not very happy with my first experience using Cruise.com.

I worked with Barbara Nason. Even though I kept changing the number of cabins and dates on her, she never lost patience and did a great job booking our cruise. She even followed up the next day with a slightly better deal. Great job.
