Courtney was generally great as a booking agent. She offered to help us look into the constant problem we have with my VIP loyalty status and receiving proper double points for my bookings. That is a whole separate complaint about your rewards program that was implemented this year.My other main issue is regarding misleadinginformation from two agents I spoke with before booking the cruise. Both calls were made from me at (574)850-9796. I think the first agent I spoke with was David and the call was at 8:26 PM and the other call was to Courtney at 6:53 PM. Both gave misleading information in their scrips, making me believe I was to receive $100 in onboard credit for this sailing. When reviewing my booking this perk was not listed. When I called to inquire I was told I would have enough rewards points for the perk. That is simply not completely accurate and was not specified. Additionally, I can accumulate my points and can use them for other things, such as merchandise or cash back. I may or may not have made this booking if the provided information was clear and direct. Again, misleading and also just a bad practice. Please listen to the recordings.
