Couples trip, my husband and our best friend couple. We wanted balconies next to each other. Steven quoted us $1710 for each cabin. We booked right then. He booked my cabin first then tried to book my friends and said the price just went up. He held the cabin and said he would call Royal and get back with us on Monday. We never heard anything back from him. We called him and left several messages. I called back and tried to talk to mgrs but was told it went up again $200 over the weekend but online it was a lower price. They refused to honor the price that was quoted and then refused to honor the price online and left the cabin on hold so we weee not able to book online. I ended up canceling.
