This is the 2nd time booking my family Royal Caribbean cruise through cruises.com with Shari Hancock. She was so helpful with me and my family the 1st time that I wanted to go back to her again. What an asset to your company! She is so nice, professional and helpful!! She took the time to work with me and my family to get us the cabins that we needed together!
