There was no transportation available for handicap disability from Everett, WA to Vancouver, B.C. to get to the ship! The distance is not that far but because of customs going through to Vancouver, B.C. no shipping industry wants to address it. It is simple as I lived in the area and it not that hard to arrange for proper transportation. I am very disappointed.

Was mostly ok. Had a glitch, as where it wouldn't except our names. Had to go back and try again a few hours later, and it went through.

I have been using Cruises.com to book our cruises. We have received excellent customer service and help in planning and purchasing the cruises we have booked.We have had the pleasure of working with Kathy Treffiletti at Cruises.com. She has been great to work with.

I am not sure there enough words. Sade Smith was outstanding. She went above and beyond. She was patient and understanding. She took her time to explain things until they made sense to me. I at no time felt like I was being rushed. She was totally focused on me and the task at hand. Sade was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I didn't feel at all like I was a customer. She just talked to me. What I also loved was that she wasn't stiff and unpleasant. She made the atmosphere light and enjoyable. She just made tge whole experience fun. I tell from her voice that she had a smile on her face. And she made me laugh. And she didn't talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable because I had no idea what I was doing. Everytime it seemed I was done, I kept say I have one more thing. She just ask I needed and affirmed that she could help. When there was information I needed, she didn't tell me to go to a website and click on this thing or that. She looked up the link for me and sent it to me. And the link took me to the exact place I needed to be. Nothing for me to figure out. She didn’t tell me expect emails. She stayed with me until I received it. When I had a problem with my payment she gave me the opportunity to find other options. She was able to help me figure out where the problem had occurred. I must have given here three different credit card numbers. She was not the least bit annoyed. At one point there was an issue with the registration going through. She just kept go back through things until it worked. And she shared my joy when the payment worked out and the registration was finalized. She offered her assistant for any future problems that i might have. She assured me that if she was not available that any agent would be happy to assist me. No ego involved. An example of a true team player. Having Sade get my cruise set up for me was "The Best" experience i have ever had in my life with any agent or rep of any kind. And trust me, in my 65 years, I have had a bunch. I don't know how many encounters she has during the course of a day, but she earned her salary and more with a single contact with me. Lastly, if Sade is an example of the kind of agents you have, than hats off to you. And if everyone else is not doing the job the way she does it, than they need to follow her example.Thank you Sade. For your warmth, caring, understanding and willingness to make me feel that I was the only reason you got out of bed to go to work. And in case I go on another Royal Caribbean cruise, I am saving you email and asking for you. Again. Thank You Sade! Well Done!
