The booking confirmation number DB6F66 does not work in the Carnival site. It's like I paid the money, but Carnival is completely unaware.I would love a reply to get this sorted out.

I have been in contact with various agebts at cruises.com and have to say that Nikki is head and shoulders above anyone else in terms of professionalism, speed of follow up, friendliness... all accross the board she was great!!
