I could not set up the payment arrangements that I wanted to make everything else was okay I would like to pay by the month not all at once in 3 months

Agent did a good job of tailoring the cruise and cabin selection and actually get a slightly lower price than advertised by the cruiselineMy only issue is why was this price point not shown via the website

Agent was not eell informed of rules and regulations. Timed out and lost my deal at least 3 times. Due to loosing the deal i had to send over 400 dollars more. And the exact rooms became available. I wasnt offered a wait list that i was told after the fact i could of had.i was told final payment use due on t gf e 1st that night another issue not die until the 5. Im still waiing for tge agent i spike to kadt night to call me back i emailed them where it say final ont is bue the 5th more miscommunication. I offered 100 to book on a future cruise i wont book again through you after booking 23 cruises just through you. Then i get someone to give 100 on board credit. Sill dosnt make up the 400 i lost plus the 130 it droped

Excellent customer service. After explaining the places we’d like to see, Angela made everything so easy and was just great in assisting us in making our decisions as far as which cruise would be great up to picking out a Cabin on the ship. Her knowledge is what we needed. Thanks again for a great booking experience.
