Richie does a great job. I feel he is looking out for us, I.e. best deals, options with sound input, following up when needs arise, etc. it’s our 4th river cruise booking with Richie.

The operator was very helpful but navigating online was a little confusing. Trying to find out what cabins comes with what options. Such as Pullman bed or pull out sofa. Looking to see if their are upgrades as well?
