I had a very good booking experience when booking my recent cruise, specifically, the agents I spoke to on the phone (Ivan and Kelly) were the best part. It is difficult to see all the different choices and the 'real' price for things in order to compare across cruises and both of them were very patient and spent all the time we needed to walk through multiple different potential options. I thought they listened to what I was important to us and found us a great deal.
