Someone help me find a wheelchair accessible room and I was very happy with that.

The agent, Kathleen Wedral, did great. But I had problems with the crystal.com communications. When I was enrolling in your awards program, the confirmation e-mail would not go through, because it was coming from some weird e-mail domain, and my email server blocked it. It took a lot of effort to unblock.

Best customer service I have had in a very long time! Lisa went out of her way to make sure she got us the best deal and exactly what we needed. I am so grateful that I called instead of booking directly online. What a difference. She treated me like family and followed up when I needed some time to make some decisions. 5 stars all the way!
