Everything went great

We have been booking with Melissa for years and she is great. She anticipates our needs and is familiar with what we are looking for. She is a pleasure to work with.

My regular agent was off on Sunday and I wanted to take advantage of an extra on-board credit offer and double points that was ending on the 31st. I gave her my agent's name and she told me she couldn't find her. Hmmmm. My husband called back later that evening and left a message that I had forgotten to give her my AARP number. We have yet to hear from her, neither call nor email. I spoke to my regular agent on Tuesday and she took care of the AARP issue with Holland for me, even though the first TA, Jen, took the booking.
