My regular agent was off on Sunday and I wanted to take advantage of an extra on-board credit offer and double points that was ending on the 31st. I gave her my agent's name and she told me she couldn't find her. Hmmmm. My husband called back later that evening and left a message that I had forgotten to give her my AARP number. We have yet to hear from her, neither call nor email. I spoke to my regular agent on Tuesday and she took care of the AARP issue with Holland for me, even though the first TA, Jen, took the booking.

Kelly was extremely helpful especially because it was my first cruise and I needed special accommodation in finding the right state room to help fend off sea sickness! And she was overall very pleasant to work with.
