I booked a balcony that when the thing came through, it said veranda so I called I was put on hold. The woman came back and said oh Norwegian considered a veranda a balcony, but you will have an obstructed balcony. There will be a lifeboat right in front of you that kind of sucks. and now there’s no way to change it.

Online, I provided the wrong zip code for my billing address associated with my credit card. I called and was put in touch with a very helpful lady. I do not remember her name, but her extension is 33639. she changed the zip and I was able to make my payment.I know she had to go all through my booking answers, but I thought that was a little over kill. I would have thought my booking number would have been enough, but I understand I do not see the big picture. thank you, Frank
