Renee was everything one could expect in a booking agent. She is excellent. However, I did specify a balcony cabin and then the paperwork came in saying it could be partially obstructed. That would not be good. This is not Renee's fault at all but it seems deceptive to sell a verandah stateroom with the possibility of an obstructed view.
