Yolanda is excellent-I delayed my booking to make sure I could get round trip flights to London and when I tried to finish online it had timed out. I called Yolanda and she was unavailable-she returned my call immediately and finished my booking while giving me helpful tips.

Everything went well except no said anything about our 3rd guest not being included for dinner package. Now we have to call and add to any dinner reservations
