It went fairly well with Leanne. There was, however, some confusion over the myriad of incentive offerings that we had seen on the internet. Not her fault really; one of the alleged offers was from a company called Cruise.com - not the same company, and their “offers” are unrealistic. That company should be shut down.

Jen Bell is exceptional! She has been our go to for several years. She is very knowledgeable. She always gets us the correct info.

I had to speak with a customer service representative to complete my booking and she was very helpful.

Our agent (Yolanda???) was perfect. Even though we have over 40 cruises completed, she explained everything (some that WAS new to us). She even encouraged me to complete some information on line while she waited, in the event I had an issue. I can’t say enough good about her…..thank you!
