It was confusing because I wasnt sure why I couldn't view my reservation. Apparently an additional account was created and I had to call norwegian to delete the new account and move my reservation over. It shouldn't have been that difficult, the transition should have been easier from purchasing on cruises.com to now getting updates that norwegian has confirmed my booking and will be moving forwrd.
