It appears I am not getting the perks that I was told that I was going to get and that is very disappointing to the point I am actually considering cancelling this entire trip, I have been with my husband 37 years married for 17 we are leaving on our actual anniversary of 10/18, we have never had a honeymoon or vacation as life has been busy. On this trip I was supposed to receive unlimited drink packages (including the juice/water) for both of us, double points, excision credits for each port, specialty dining and the unlimited wifi for both of us as i have an aging parent that I need to be able to contact while on this trip and each day I am finding out I am getting less and less which is completely heartbroken since the day I paid this trip in full I have been counting down the days now I am seriously considering just cancelling it again due to all the bad information and dishonestly

I booked a balcony that when the thing came through, it said veranda so I called I was put on hold. The woman came back and said oh Norwegian considered a veranda a balcony, but you will have an obstructed balcony. There will be a lifeboat right in front of you that kind of sucks. and now there’s no way to change it.
