Spoke wh Maritiza at EXT 78372 who was very helpful, explained in detail all of the charges involved in the new booking . She was very patient and knowledgable, also offered discounts which I could be entitled to .

Online, I provided the wrong zip code for my billing address associated with my credit card. I called and was put in touch with a very helpful lady. I do not remember her name, but her extension is 33639. she changed the zip and I was able to make my payment.I know she had to go all through my booking answers, but I thought that was a little over kill. I would have thought my booking number would have been enough, but I understand I do not see the big picture. thank you, Frank
