My travel agent went above and beyond on a Sunday evening to make sure we were happy and got the exact cruises we wanted. She provided information about the insurance and was also able to get us the same room on back-to-back cruises. Fabulous!

I was a bit disappointed that the agent has such little knowledge of the product she was selling. Unfortunately my agent had already left, and I was told by this agent that the promotion would probably not be there if I waited to book with my agent the next day.
