Our agent, Ashley Higgs, was very helpful and accomodating in trying to book our cruise in accordance with our needs and plans for this trip. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran, who requires oxygen 24/7, as well as mobility assistance via a mobility scooter. Ashley researched what paperwork would be required for us to be able to have both the oxygen and mobility scooter in our room all during our stay. She was very pleasant to work with as we went through our booking.
