Keokie Shannon was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We were able, over the course of a few days, to narrow down exactly what I wanted and to put deposit on a cruise for 2027.

I booked a cruise while on board and sent the confirmation to my TA. I learned that Royal did not advise my TA even though her name is on the confirmation. My TA immediately called me when she got my email and completed the sailing info lickety split. So easy and efficient. Did receive the booking benefits of the day. Thank you!

It was hard to understand what rooms could accommodate 3-4 people! However Trina the travel agent is good as gold and helped me fix everything!

I have already explained the details of our booking with a supervisor. I am awaiting the promised return of our deposit with no cancellation fee.
