Tried to cancel a Mexican Cruise and rebook for the California Coast. I paid $110.00 for trip insurance for Mexico "just in case". When I tried to cancel, I was informed that my cruise is NON-REFUNDABLE! and that I would have to contact the insurance company! Since I booked through you my mistaken assumption was that I could cancel with you as well. You have since added $950.00 to book another cruise for a week later. Since I can't get you to cancel and you have added $950 to rebook, I have cancelled my credit card and filed a fraud claim. Furthermore, I have booked several cruises through your company over the years, but after this, NEVER AGAIN!!
