While I was a little confused trying to book online, when I called the 800 number and connected with Tricia - it was truly pleasurable. As a first-time cruiser, I was ready to make many mistakes booking online. She made the process easy,

It's was easy and very simple.

First time cruise, so a little overwhelming with overabundance of details, but that's better than insufficient amount of detail. Overall, pretty clean experience, but we'll see if the fare, fees, and misc charges add up to what I see now.

Everything was great as we were booking this cruise/flights with Kelly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. After I received my action required/review your booking confirmation details email I realized that she booked us for a late return flight to Orlando, which we never discussed that night & I tried calling back to see what could be done because I didn’t want to spend 10 hours in San Juan airport and she never returned any of my calls after I left 3 messages.I eventually opted to speak with another cruise representative who told me that it would cost $400 to get my return flight home changed.I ultimately went directly to JetBlue, who was more than willing to change my flights for FREE.I would also like to add that Eileen was the next agent that I spoke with, and she was very helpful with answering my other questions.
