William Glisson is just the best Travel Agent I ever had. I had worked with Costco and VTG for years and was okay with them. William changed all that. He is the epitome of what a great Travel Agent should be. Friendly, kind, he dedicated all the time to fulfill mine and my husband's travel needs. I started with a window cabin, and ended up with a mini suite, which he found for us and I am absolutely happy with it. William is my new Travel Agent. I am 76 years old. My plan? To be on a cruise ship as long as I am able. Please commend him. He deserves the accolades.

It was OK until I gave my CC number. Then Google pay asked if I wanted it saved. I said yes and thought I had paid but then nothing happened and I had to rebook in order to get a reservation number.

My Travel rep. Shawna was excellent. My problem is the $100. cancelation fee from Cruises.com. I was made to pay on a trip just booked a few days before on a MSC cruise. I will not ever in the future recommend or use Cruises.com in the future if I'm not refunded the $100 fee on the Dec 2026 cruise!
