Jody was so helpful to find a right spot for us and walked me trough all of the steps what to do.

Tia was very helpful but I was very insisting on booking a room with the bed near the bathroom instead of the window. It turns out that the bed is located by the window. The Beyond is difficult to see where the bed is located. Therefore I have to go thru the inconvenience of cancellation with the additional deposit especially since it was not my falt.
