I met the criteria for a price match guarentee but it was not honored. When I asked to cancel I was told I could use a one time waiver for the $100 fee. After the cancellation I was told it could only be for 2 of the 4 rooms that were booked. It was already complete by the time I was told. I was very upset. This was very poor customer service. Buyer beware.

I pushed 1 button wrong and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I was told there was no way to change it. An honest mistake should be correctable.
