The representative we spoke with, Katie Powers, ext 33194, was FABULOUS! She was not only personable but knowledgeable and if we asked a question of which she didn’t know the answer, she had no issue in telling us she didn’t know and would find out, and she did!! We can’t wait to continue working with Katie on our future cruising reservations! Oh, and btw, we have referred (4) other cruising friend to her!
