So easy on line experience. I do object to the $25 charge for handling. You need to give me that to spend on board or gratuities.

easy to make the booking and select a cabin online. Difficult, confusing, and long wait for information by calling cruise.com agent. cruise.com needs to add space to add for cruise club membership numbers.
